Always keep in view while burning and never position on or near anything that could catch fire.

-
How long can I expect my candle to burn for?
In addition to the soy wax we use being better for people and the planet overall, its consistent slow burn rate provides excellent value for the price. Approximate burn times are 25 hours for our small candles and 40 hours for our large candles. Of course, these times may vary with environmental factors specific to your space.
-
What steps should I take to enjoy my candle safely?
Please remember that lit candles produce a naked flame and should be handled with due caution. To prevent fire and serious injury, always burn your candle within sight on a fire resistant level surface. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Never burn your candle in an environment where something close by can catch fire, or if there is a draft or vibration. Candles should be kept free of any foreign materials, including matches and wick trimmings.
-
Is there anything I should do before lighting my candle for the first time?
We recommend you trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.
-
Why shouldn't I burn my candle for more than 4 hours after lighting?
Burning your candle for longer than 4 hours in a session may cause carbon build up on the wick leading to an unstable flame. We recommend you only re-light your candle after it has cooled, and the wax has returned to its solid form.
-
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
Candle tunneling occurs when a candle’s flame melts a small circle around the wick without melting the entire candle surface. To prevent tunneling, we recommend that after lighting, you let your candle burn for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
-
What ingredients are used in the candles?
Candles are approximately 90% ethically produced organic soy wax and 10% clean sourced fragrance oil. All candles are paraffin-free and safe for pets and their humans.
-
